The site design included improved parking and the construction of vehicular and pedestrian connection to the adjoining University Mall property.

Ruggiano Engineering performed site design, local/state permitting and structural design for this project. A condition of the approval required the owners to contribute to the cost of the VT Rte 104/Rte 36 intersection improvements. The completed medical office building houses Northern Valley Eyecare and Northwestern Dermatology.
