Ruggiano Engineering provided site design, state & local permitting and construction oversight for this 7,623 sf building expansion to the Handy Buick, GMC, Cadillac auto dealership in St. Albans. Parking was reconfigured and existing impervious was converted to green space; resulting in a 920 sf net reduction of impervious area.
